An intimate wedding by the water, could there anything more beautiful? As much as I love photographing a big beautiful wedding, there’s something extra special about small elopements or intimate weddings like this. It’s almost a given it there will be no shortage of emotion. Perhaps it’s because intimate affairs are in a much more relaxed setting and folks feel much more comfortable surrounded by their closest family. This is both Meghan and John’s second marriage so both of them had their children in the wedding party. It was so touching not only seeing how much love Meghan and John had for each other but also how much each of their children loved them and one another. They tied the knot at the Water’s Edge Resort and Spa in Westbrook, CT. A big congratulations to Meghan & John! Enjoy some of my favorite images from their day below.
