I loved the mix of cultural traditions that Grace and Richard infused into their wedding.  Grace is Chinese so they did a traditional tea ceremony in which the bride and groom presents tea to their elders.  Their family then gives their blessing and gives the bride and groom their wedding gift.  Richard is Norwegian so his aunt lead the traditional Norweigian cake ceremony where the couple is blind folded and then told to pick up the top of the cake – however many rings are lifted from the cake signifies how many children the couple will have.  Such a neat tradition!  At first try, it looked like Grace & Richard were going to have a soccer team of children! The beautiful wedding took place at Dolce Norwalk and the ceremony at The First Congregational Church of Greenwich.  Here are some of my favorites from their day!
