Frank had been planning this surprise proposal for weeks leading up to the actual day. Knowing the roses would be in full bloom at Elizabeth Park’s rose gardens this one week in June, he would visit the park often to meticulously plan the best timing and exact location where he would ultimately pop the question. With the park being very sentimental to Trish, he knew there would be no better place for this moment to take place. Congratulations to the beautiful couple!
