It feels like just yesterday that Islam had reached out to me help plan and document his surprise proposal to Brittani. I still remember how nervous he was, and how Brittani had no clue what was about to happen. The reaction on her face when Islam dropped to one knee was priceless, and at that very moment I saw true love through my lens. I felt so honored when they asked me to come down to Maryland to photograph their big day. There’s just something so special about being able to witness so much of their love story. The gorgeous affair took place at Martin’s West in Windsor Mills, MD. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day. With the help of the very talented Tiffanie McCoy from Bird of Paradise Events, Brittani & Islam put together an absolutely beautiful event for their closest friends and families.
